Two placement opportunities are available within the Revenue Management Consolidated Centre:

Focus: Revenue management and pricing strategy, driving commercial performance across Hilton's EMEA portfolio.
Responsibilities: Analysing business performance, supporting pricing decisions, contributing to projects impacting hotel revenue, developing pricing/inventory/promotional strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and presentations, supporting consistent processes, and using revenue management systems and Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, Python).

Focus: Business development, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial success across Hilton's EMEA portfolio.
Responsibilities: Supporting RMCC expansion, onboarding new hotels, contributing to change management initiatives, preparing collateral for RMCC growth, supporting pre-opening activities, analysing ramp-up performance of new openings, assisting in testing/implementing pricing/inventory/capability enhancements, and ensuring efficient system use.

A current bachelor’s or master’s student requiring a 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree.
A Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
Availability to start full-time on 5th July 2027 for a 12-month placement.
Must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
