About the Role
As a participant in our 12-month Corporate Placements Programme in our Corporate Wellness Department, you’ll gain hands-on experience at Hilton's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford.

Placement Opportunity Details:
You will collaborate with directors experienced in spa, fitness, wellness, and hospitality to shape and develop the EMEA wellness strategy across Hilton's multi-brand portfolio. You will experience the dynamic world of wellness at a corporate level, with hotel visits and projects across the EMEA region. You'll gain hands-on experience in wellness development, operations, and strategy, supporting initiatives that enhance guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:
- A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement.
- A Hospitality or Business Management degree is preferred.
- Availability to start full-time on 5th July 2027 for a 12-month placement.
- Independent right to work in the UK for the full duration (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organisation and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Additional European, Middle Eastern, or African language skills are advantageous but not essential.
