This is a 12-month Corporate Placements Programme in the Food & Drink Department at Hilton's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford.

Placement Opportunities
There are three placement opportunities within the Food & Drink department:
- Corporate F&D Operations: Support Food & Drink operations across Hilton hotels in EMEA, contributing to projects that enhance guest experience and drive commercial performance. This may involve travel across the region and visiting hotels.
- F&D Brand Development: Contribute to Hilton's value proposition in Food & Beverage, Retail and Brand Partnerships in EMEA. This includes managing retail rollouts, supporting the implementation of restaurant and bar concepts, and collaborating with the Scalable Brands team.
- Corporate F&D Strategy Development: Support the F&D Development and Openings team in EMEA by creating presentations, maintaining project files, assisting with sustainability goals, and providing administrative support to department executives. Travel up to 20% is involved.
What We're Looking For
- A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement.
- Ideally studying a hospitality discipline or having relevant experience in the hospitality or F&D industry.
- Must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Passion for Food & Drink and an interest in current industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of design skills including Photoshop is a plus.
