About the Role
This is an internship opportunity within the Business Operations Team at Airbus Space Digital UK, focusing on resource planning and operational support.
What you will be doing:
- Become an integral member of the Business Operations Team, controlling and monitoring organisational planning, governance, transformation, improvement, knowledge management, collaboration, and special projects.
- Coordinate Business Performance Reporting and support the development of Business Strategy.
- Maintain the Business Continuity Framework.
- Generate and adjust resource planning projections to support Operational Planning activities.
- Assist the Strategic Planning Team with scenario plans and maintaining transparency in resource planning.
- Interact with tools to ensure best practice and accurate data recording/reporting.
- Supply project history research to support operational planning activities and enhance reporting.
- Support monitoring and governance over Organisational Compliance, Business Continuity management, and Transformation/Change initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently studying a Business Undergraduate degree course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
