About the Role

Join the Business Operations Graduate Programme and work alongside teams that deliver exceptional experiences to millions of customers. This two-year programme is designed to make things happen. You’ll contribute to initiatives that enhance how Sky operates and how customers interact with our services. Whether it’s launching a new product or streamlining our supply chain — you’ll be at the heart of the action.

What You'll Be Doing

Programme Structure – built around two directorates:

  • Change Delivery: Transform big ideas into reality, fast.
  • Supply Chain: Move products from factory to front door, ensuring sustainability and compliance.

Year 1 – Focused Development

You’ll spend your first year in two core areas: Supply Chain and Change Delivery. This foundation year is all about building future-ready skills.

Year 2 – Specialisation and Career Pathway

In your second year, you’ll choose a specialisation within Change Delivery or Supply Chain. This tailored approach supports your career goals and prepares you for a confident transition into your next role.

What You'll Learn

Throughout the programme, you'll develop the skills, knowledge and experience to:

  • Analyse data and generate insights that drive better business decisions.
  • Develop strategic and customer-focused thinking.
  • Improve supply chain performance while embedding sustainability and compliance.
  • Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Deliver work that contributes to business growth and enhances the customer experience.
  • Build strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Gain a broad understanding of business operations and how different functions work together to deliver results.

What We're Looking For

The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject.

Skills that will help you thrive:

  • Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things.
  • Is organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with others.
  • Communicates with confidence and clarity.
  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for customers and making a positive impact.
  • Is curious about how businesses grow and evolve, and interested in how AI can help transform the way we work.
  • Combines creativity with analytical thinking and learns quickly.
  • Thrives in a team environment and is ready to take ownership and responsibility early in their career.

Right to Work

Sky does not offer sponsorship for this role. Employment is contingent on you having a valid right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

Your Application Journey

Step 1 – Apply online

Tell us a bit about yourself — your details, your degree, and anything else you think we should know (like part-time jobs, volunteering, or cool projects you’ve worked on). Once you hit submit, keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder!) — we’ll send you a link to start your digital assessments. Please note, you can only apply to one programme per year.

Step 2 – Show us your skills

You’ll complete two online assessments that help us get to know you better - how you think, what motivates you, and how you might fit into the programme. Don’t worry — you’ll get a chance to practice first, and we’ll send you tips to help you feel confident. We ask that you complete the assessments themselves without the assistance of AI. Check out our Preparation Hub for practice exercises, insights into the assessment process, and stories from current grads and apprentices.

Step 3 – Virtual Assessment Centre

If you make it to the final stage, we’ll invite you to a virtual assessment day. You’ll take part in a range of activities designed to show us how you think, solve problems, and work with others — all while getting a real feel for what it’s like to work in Business Operations at Sky.

Need Support?

If you need us to make any adjustments to help you complete any stage of your application, let us know when you submit your application and someone from our Early Careers team will get in touch if we need more detail.
