This year is about learning how Sky operates, team collaboration, and delivering value to customers.
Year 2: Tailor Your Journey
- Choose two further rotations based on your interests and career goals.

Projects may involve developing sales plans, leading consumer research, creating marketing campaigns, shaping business strategy, and collaborating across teams.
Upon completion, you will be ready for a permanent role at Sky.
