The landscape for audit reporting is changing fast, with increasing use of AI and other technologies. We need to audit AI financial systems and processes, meaning the scope of our work is always growing. We’re shaping the future of audit!

Our Audit business has two core areas:

• Large & Complex Audit: Includes listed companies (corporate and financial services), their subsidiaries, public interest entities like banks, insurers, large private companies and public sector organisations.
• Portfolio Audit: Covers a wide range of sectors including emerging growth and large private corporates, real estate funds, pension schemes, financial services brokers and investment managers. This area offers the opportunity to work with privately-owned, dynamic, entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses.

Where You'll Work

• We operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working.
• Client-facing roles may require attendance at client sites.
• Meetings will be a mix of online and in-person.
• Final assessment and induction will be in-person.

Technical Skills

• Gain foundational knowledge and skills for audits and assurance engagements.
• Receive training complementary to your professional qualification.

Soft Skills

• Develop skills in communication, professional scepticism, decision-making, resilience, project management, and leadership through training and on-the-job learning.
• Learn to use digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI.

Qualifications

• Study towards the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with the ICAEW or ICAS.
• Receive funded tuition, paid study leave, and access to a strong support network (student support adviser, coach, exam manager).
• Costs covered include mandated courses, permitted exam attempts, and membership fees.
