About the Role

We independently check company financial reports, assess risks and processes, and offer insights across regulation, reporting, finance, controls, sustainability, and AI.

What You'll Do

This is a four-year programme designed to develop future professionals in assurance. You will gain insight into assurance, work directly with major organisations, and build skills through an excellent training programme. The work is wide-ranging, supporting businesses from small enterprises to global corporations.

You will have the opportunity to work in one or both of the following areas:

  • Accounting & Reporting Assurance: Focusing on high reporting standards, transactions, treasury, regulatory needs, and industry-specific accounting.
  • Controls, Sustainability, and Emerging Assurance (C&SEA): Covering sustainability data, AI and algorithms, third-party assurance, and client assets.

Upon successful completion, you will secure a permanent position within an Assurance team.

Where You'll Work

Deloitte operates a hybrid working system, combining office and home working, recognizing the importance of face-to-face interaction for development. Client-facing roles may require office or client site attendance. Meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Final assessments and inductions are in-person to facilitate networking.

Accessibility is provided in all workspaces. Further flexibility can be discussed for health conditions or caring responsibilities.

What's In It For You
