Apprentice Technician

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician to join our busy team at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic person with a passion for cars.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair work.

What You'll Do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Perform visual inspections.
• Complete relevant documentation.
• Work with System Technicians on complex diagnostic and repair tasks.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths/English and one other subject (Grade 4/C or above).

Training

• Undertake a Manufacturer accredited qualification up to a Level 3 in Automotive Repair.
• Training will be held at the relevant Manufacturer training centre, involving blocks of 1 week attendance per module, which will include overnight stays.
