Apprentice Technician

Vertu SKODA Leicester is looking for an Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic person with a passion for cars.

You will develop your skills in vehicle maintenance and repair whilst working on a variety of cars in a Passenger Car workshop. You will represent the brand and its values by exceeding customer expectations and delivering unparalleled service and quality.

What You'll Do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Perform visual inspections.
• Complete relevant documentation.
• Work with System Technicians on complex diagnostic and repair tasks.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths/English and one other subject (Grade 4/C or above).

Training

• Undertake a Manufacturer accredited qualification up to a Level 3 in Automotive Repair.
• Training is held at the relevant Manufacturer training centre and involves blocks of 1 week attendance per module, which may include overnight stays.
