Apprentice Technician

Vertu Nissan Darlington is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. This role offers the chance to develop skills in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair.

What You'll Do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Perform visual inspections.
• Complete relevant documentation.
• Work with System Technicians on complex diagnostic and repair tasks.

What You'll Need

• A GCSE or equivalent in Maths/English and one other subject (Grade 4/C or above).
• A passion and interest in the motor industry.
• To be a team player with meticulous attention to detail.
• A dedicated and motivated mentality.

Training & Qualifications

• Undertake a Manufacturer accredited qualification up to a Level 3 in Automotive Repair.
• Training will be held at the relevant Manufacturer training centre, involving blocks of 1-week attendance per module, which may include overnight stays.
• Your personal information will be shared with the Manufacturing Partner who will undertake your apprenticeship.
