You will use creative and analytical thinking to tackle real challenges, working alongside experienced colleagues and senior leaders.
This role offers the chance to take on responsibility, build client experience, and develop your confidence.
About the Programme
This is a three-year programme where you will gain hands-on experience while studying towards a professional qualification such as ACA or ICAS.
You will learn directly from subject matter experts and build technical, commercial, and management skills through client work. As your experience grows, so will the responsibility you are given, with opportunities to contribute to projects, build client relationships, and develop specialist expertise.
Graduates often report working directly with partners and directors, leading client conversations, and taking on responsibility earlier than expected, with approachable support available for development.
Upon successful completion of the programme and passing exams, you will be fully qualified as an accountant and guaranteed a permanent role.
