Matt set up his first company in 2013 by outsourcing to an agency - and it nearly cost him his life savings. He resolved to not only learn building the tech himself, but also to help others who want to launch their own companies. 

He's since founded and sold two businesses, and has created Early Bird to unlock innovation and help others get their ideas to market. 

A powerhouse with people and logistics, Aiyana used to oversee the operations for Crankworx Rotorua (one of the locations for the world-famous multi-stop international mountain bike festival), and most recently part of the events team at Whistler Blackcomb in BC, Canada. 

She knows what it's like to work with lots of moving pieces and how to handle them all under stress - and will ensure your project goes smoothly and painlessly.

We currently have a team of developers and designers who join us on a project-by-project basis, depending on the nature of the work and the skills required. 

We are currently on the lookout for more developers - especially with an understanding of Glide, with being proficient in Javascript and/or CSS a major advantage.
